4. Use License

• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of SG SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. or its content suppliers and are protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

SG SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
